Celebrate the weekend, island-style
It's Friday at Island Runaways' headquarters and that makes us happy. Truth be told, we're not in the islands today, so as our thoughts turn to Caribbean getaways and tropical escapes, we felt a need to chase the blues away. Mr. Kenny Chesney's providing some celebration-inspiration:
Do you know that song of his, "No Shoes, No Shirt, No Problems"? I love how it starts, "I've been up to my neck workin' six days a week, wearin' holes in the soles of the shoes on my feet." Well, it's one thing to share the lyrics, but it sounds a whole lot better if Kenny sings it. So here's a little video to start the weekend off right, whether you're lucky enough to be lounging by the sea in Jamaica or Puerto Rico...or you're like us, back on the mainland, just dreaming of tropical places.
You have to watch a little advertisement first (but that means this You Tube video's not breaking any copyright laws, so how can we argue with that?)
